There’s nothing more satisfying than observing people, deep in conversation.
Especially when they’re not:
🟢Sitting in silence,
🟠Staring at the small print on screen, and
🔵Shifting uncomfortably after an hour keynote presentation.
Creating a safe space to reveal thoughts, feelings, concerns, and ideas is when people start to learn, grow, and plan their changes.
This was reinforced during my Leadership Intelligence program in Melbourne. These folks were engrossed in identifying smart ways to influence their key stakeholders: CEOs, Clients, Colleagues, and their Crew.
