There are words we’ve stopped using, overused and started to use.

Every couple of years, I update THE LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP.

And I need your help.

We’re working through the alphabet and today’s letter is … A.

ACTION

Too often we consume time talking about an ACTION, rather than performing ACTION.

Leaders taking ACTION encourages ACTION in others; it inspires respect & a feeling of trust.

ADAPT

When faced with a situation which your current approach isn’t succeeding, your ability to swiftly change, to ADAPT, is an indication of how important you feel about making it work.

ATTITUDE

Our ATTITUDE is an expression, words & posture, of our thoughts & feelings.

We can influence our ATTITUDE by changing our script; telling it what to believe to occur. The use of AFFIRMATIONS enables you to be consistent in your communication.

AUTHENTIC

Being AUTHENTIC makes me feel grounded, connected and it builds trust.

AUTHENTICITY in others shines through - their passions, their honesty and their integrity come through and create a connection. Thanks for your contribution @FionaTibballs
