Friction
Ignore the facts
Ignore the feelings, and
Followers will ignore you
Too much friction will lead to conflict in your relationships.
When people start behaving differently, they’re likely to be feeling friction.
Friction forces you to forget what you’re focused on to concentrate on restoring your self-worth.
You cause friction when:
🌐You don’t listen, understand, or empathise with others.
🌐You ignore what’s important to the other person.
🌐You impose your feelings on others
Relationships become complex when there is an imbalance in the self-worth of those in your relationships.
You can’t expect other people to feel as you do; imposing feelings on others will add to the friction.
