The Power of Observation

THE POWER OF OBSERVATION

It was a wonderful opportunity to listen to a manager share their observations of the many changes being made by key team members.

They were so excited of the move from the ‘before’ to the ‘after’.

These people were purposely applying new behaviours due to what they had uncovered about each other.

Including:

·       Individual communication preferences

·       Triggers of conflict that shut down a conversation

·       Reasons for the use of a specific strength

·       Reasons for repeatedly overusing one strength (and the consequence).

Imagine the load being lessened for this manager due to an increase in each person’s intelligence acquired to understand others better.

Think of the time this manager is saving without having to intervene and become the unofficial umpire.

What’s even more exciting, I only needed to train one member of the pilot team to get them started.

If you need to save time and lessen the load, get in touch to experience the Strength Deployment Inventory. I offer a complimentary conversation.
