It’s OK to feel distracted
Aware that you’re unable to practise your ‘normal’ leadership
It’s Not OK to keep your same approach
It’s time to MAKE IT WORK in the new environment
Move on from being DISTRACTED TO BEING DIFFERENT
As soon as you acknowledge that normal is no longer normal
You can practise, BEING DIFFERENT
The change has occurred in the environment
And others will benefit when you decide to act, DIFFERENTLY
Let’s do it purposely, extract the actions from your distractions.
ACTIONS FROM YOUR DISTRACTIONS:
ACCOUNTABILITY – influence by what you do, less by what you say
COMMUNICATION – say it once to suit the receiver, less is more
TIME-FRAMES – focus on the output, give trust
INTERRUPTIONS – take control of your concentration, it’s a choice
OVERWHELMED – disable your internal radar, decide on your focus
NOISE – wear headphones, tune into what’s important
SLEEP – follow hygienic practices, sleep more and text/talk/zoom less
How are you BEING DIFFERENT?
What difference are you making with your LEADERSHIP?
