Give guidance only when they seek it out from you
Give them trust, and let them excel or learn from their experience.

Increasing emotional literacy and expanding empathy into everyday practices were added to their leadership toolbox.
Is there ever a time when it's not OK to talk about feelings?
From what I'm observing and hearing, now is the time to check in and ask people "how are you feeling?" and stay in the conversation.
