2022 Preparations
How ‘2022 Ready’ are you?
What’s on your LIST to do before 2022 commences?
I’ve suggested your BIG WORD and DECLUTTERING can help you to be 2022 ready. Reflecting on what’s important
There are potentially too many items on your LIST.
And this can lead to feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
Lists are important; they enable you to empty your thoughts from your mind.
Once out, they’re less likely to be forgotten, lost, or ignored.
And they free up space for the list actions to occur.
A friend keeps the Post-It Note company in business – writing all thoughts onto notes which cover the entire workspace.
I like this idea, however, like a decluttered cupboard, shelves create categories that lead to separating items on your list.
I often create five lists when my thoughts are excessive:
🪛The Wise List – lessons for me
🪛The Worry List – what weighs me down
🪛The Wonder List – activates and excites me
🪛The Wish List – creates anticipation and happiness
🪛The Work List – requires immediate attention or action
Examples of what I record on these lists include:
WISE LIST – advice, shared wisdom, feedback
WORRY LIST – concerns, anxiousness, conflict, people problems, distractions, assumptions
WONDER LIST – thoughts, opportunities, ideas, creativeness
WISH LIST – dreams, hopes, goals, desires, far-fetched ideas
WORK LIST – actions, requests, responses, creation of ideas, plan fulfillment
What lists do you keep?
Your lists increase your accountability for your habits; in control of what you decide and do and to determine what to do to be prepared and ready. Your practice of self-leadership helps you to be 2022 Ready.
