More Olympic Leadership Lessons
As a sofa spectator, I’ve experienced two phenomenal lessons being thrust out of the screen with a high jump pole.
There is no Tall Poppy Syndrome lurking in any stadium or media commentary.
There is absolute respect from every competitor, team, and country.

Judgment is replaced by joy. Long may it linger.
And there are limited signals of Impostor Syndrome from any of the athletes.
They have shown us pride in who they are and how their regime has earned their right to be where they are – at the Olympics.
Their display of self-leadership, confidence, and strength … strengthens our nation.
