And, inaction should be a punishable business offence.

Women’s ego & bravado doesn’t quite match that of their male counterparts which I suspect stems from the testosterone levels in their chromosomal composition.
Women miss advancement opportunities if they don’t have one key skill requirement.
What we need to do, is promote Female Uniqueness.
We need more female leaders in our business & community.
