FIVE EASY LEADERSHIP LESSONS
The more you listen and observe, the greater the opportunity to recall what you already know.
Leaders become so busy; that they don’t stop to create space to figure out what’s going on around them.
A little reflection and a little conversation create bigger and better LEADERSHIP.
These five leadership lessons were game-changers this week:
APPRECIATE THE OWNER
Ensure that the right people get the credit they have created.
Disassemble the hierarchy that disempowers the owner of ideas, intelligence and importance.
STEP AWAY FROM THE FIRE
Appraise life and what’s important right now,
Don’t sell your soul to the devil.
You can step away from the fire, not from family and life.
COME TOGETHER TO SOLVE AND SET
Being present enables ideas to collide and new rules and rituals to be set.
Create the purpose together, not alone.
CREATE CONVERSATIONS
Prepare questions for a meeting, not information.
You’ve employed smart adults to seek their valuable input.
REMOVE YOUR GLASSES
Your view is only one view.
Appreciating the views of others remove filters and leads to possible solutions yet to be considered.
Removing your glasses enables others to lead the way.
What leadership lessons did you uncover this week?
