Wednesday has affectionately become known as WELL-BEING WEDNESDAY
We’re on a mission to: inspire, connect, support, share stories & ideas
We want to capture the wisdom crafted by women
Whether they are from remote, regional or rural Australia
Here’s an example of what our special guests have shared:
1. Create Space & Time which is non-negotiable to do things for you
2. Write a ‘No’ list to set boundaries for you (and others)
3. Pull back if you’re suffering from Compassion Fatigue – limit what you take on
4. Readjust the expectations you have on yourself
5. Just sit with yourself, there is no need to fix anything
We Zoom into your space, while you have a cuppa or your lunch
It’s 60 minutes to lean in & listen, there’s no need to utter a word
You can sit in your PJs, have a bad hair day & there’s no need for lipstick
However, like many, you can join in the ‘chatter’, comment & ask questions
