Pausing and considering the impact you’ll have with your approach, language, and behaviour, you’ll have an opportunity to improve your outcome, your culture, your productivity, your effectiveness your team dynamics.
Creating a space to select the appropriate STRENGTH can shift your leadership STRENGTH.
At your Toolbox meeting, daily Scrum or morning check-in, pause and consider what will help you have the most valuable impact.
For example, this morning, do you deploy the STRENGTH of:
Being PERSUASIVE – urge, influence, and convince
Or
Being METHODICAL – orderly in thought, action, and expression
Or
Being CARING – concerned with the wellbeing of the team
