YOU ARE ENOUGH
If you’re doing it tough, feeling rough or had enough, I hear you.
We all hear you.
Now is not the time to focus on what you haven’t done but a time to remind yourself of how strong you are to get here today.
YOU ARE ENOUGH; you are resilient and emotionally intelligent: you’ve enabled yourself to lead your life, business, and workplace.
And maybe you’ve arrived here not by chance but by preparing yourself with these self-leadership exercises:
Principles: you’ve re-evaluated your principles and considered how these align with how you’re coping. You’ve heard yourself say “no” when necessary, especially when you’re hurtling down the old familiar track of saying “yes” to please.
Perspective: you’ve gained perspective about what’s important and what’s a waste of your energy. You’ve recognised that you’re human and that it’s tough to keep focused.
Permission: you’ve given yourself permission to be vulnerable and apply a new approach to how you operate – you’ve given yourself permission to talk about how you’re feeling and how you want to feel.
Pondering: you’ve questioned your feelings in your internal conversations and discovered journaling your pondering thoughts about your feelings to be an enormous help.
Purpose: you’ve reminded yourself of your purpose and written yourself a mantra and put it on your phone and on a sticky note next to your computer camera.
