When you know you could be better, you often turn to a:
🥼Dentist for your teeth or
🥼Doctor for the continuous pain.
Who do you turn to when you know you could be better at what you do?
✅Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader – they’ve done it before
✅Colleague – they’re a better performer
✅Mentor – a person in the organization whom you trust?
Being better is about:
🔦believing in what you do and what you can do
🔦behaving in your desired state
🔦being accountable.
It’s about being consistent with commitment and conviction to make a conversion in performance.
What’s the solution?
Be open to support - the fourth wheel.
A person to contribute to you becoming better.
To uncover your gaps in your performance, provide you with feedback, hold you accountable and guide you in the right direction.
