Time
Working on being better begins with your time.
Just as an accountant charges you for their time, measured in short increments, you can get better by being more mindful of your use of your time.
Knowing what you did at a certain time, encourages you to question the value you gave or saved and how you behaved.
During April, it’s time to focus on how you’re purposely focused on working on being better.
Over the next few days, set yourself up with a 24-hour spreadsheet to record what you do and how it’s of value.
Accounting for the use of your time creates awareness of where you can improve, change, delete, start and increase your be better performance.
What would you like to be better at if you had more time?
