FIVE WAYS TO PISS PEOPLE OFF BEFORE OPENING YOUR MOUTH
Before you even attempt to talk, some of your habits and behaviours are already annoying people.
They are a distraction and affecting your capability to influence and lead.
If left to linger and fester, conflict will be triggered.
