In the past week I’ve uncovered clients experience of overwhelm being associated with the need to:
· Fight to be right – fighting themselves, feeling tired while unnecessarily using up their energy to be seen as right
· Fit it all in – taking on too much to do with too little time with too little energy and feeling troubled
· Fix it – thinking they need to fix everything, and everyone include their feelings
· Focus on perfection – it will never be good enough for what’s expected of them and feeling nervous.
