What's in the square will make you think outside the square

We all need a tool bag to help us fix up, build, and create our work.

As a leader, your tool bag contains models, tips, techniques, and the odd physical game which has a purpose to bring people together to think, engage, and deliver.

This short 3 min video explains the use of another deck of cards I use with clients to engage a conversation about their behaviour.

In particular the strengths they use in their relationships. I use these cards myself to stimulate my self-awareness - to ask myself how I can use that strength that day.

I use these 1:1 to identify the best strengths for situations my clients find themselves challenged by.

I use these cards with teams - to create conversations to determine what strength the team needs to all use and borrow to apply to become a more effective team.

And, I use the team during strategy building days.

These 28 cards have one of the 28 strengths recorded and a brief description.

These cards are created by Core Strengths and as an accredited facilitator and Partner at Core Strengths. Let me know if you'd like to see these cards in action.
