March MOTIVATION - Ask Questions To Understand

Your motivation shows up differently in every relationship.

It’s what makes relationships unique.

Your game changes depending on who you play with.

I watched my son play a game of doubles on the weekend

After each point, whether he and his partner won or lost, they tapped each other’s racquets.

They were both contributing and enjoying each other’s fair play.

Great relationships take on the views, ideas, and differences and create environments and opportunities to follow each other, lead each other and understand each other.

Some people only play to ace and win. There is only them. There is no evidence of a relationship.

Yet, this can be changed and influenced if you know what motivates and demotivates them.

TIP #2 – ASK QUESTIONS TO UNDERSTAND

🌐 What’s important for you here?

🌐Tell me how you see this situation?

🌐What wouldn’t you do right now?

🌐What might cause some friction?

There is an easier way to find out this information.

I’ll tell you tomorrow.
