WHAT DON’T YOU DO …
We tend to want to know what the experts recommend, or the research tells us.
We seek out the top tips and the most important technique to help become a high performing team.
However, I asked a team, who I believe is INDESTRUCTIBLE … WHAT DON’T YOU DO?
This is what they identified very quickly:
We don’t …
1. break our allegiance to each other
2. get caught up in negative chatter or unnecessary dialogue
3. speak in a monologue language
4. forget to celebrate and acknowledge individual and team milestones
5. distract each other when they’re in a state of flow
6. miss any opportunity to have fun
7. contact each other at ridiculous times
8. hog the limelight when another member did an awesome job
9. don’t get caught up in conflict
10. ever want to leave this great group of people!
What’s on your WHAT DON’T YOU DO list?
“Being in an INDESTRUCTIBLE team is like being the luckiest person on earth.”
Indestructible teams agree to a structure that feels safe, where skills are valued and continually updated and continually look to using different strengths to grow great relationships.
