Shame, Leave, Stay or Take Action

If you think you’re better than your boss, which action will you take:

❓tell others you’re better and say nothing

❓leave to find a better boss

❓stay and persevere

❓take action to be better than your boss

In the recent AIM Career Crossroads Survey 50% of employees were ready to leave their boss, not their company.

This concerns me and hopefully concerns you if you’re a Boss.

So here’s the dilemma I faced last night:

🧆My husband cooked dinner.

💔It was tasteless.

💥Everyone complained or didn’t eat it

🌶I added some salt, herbs & spice.

🍽And I enjoyed dinner alone!

Being better than your boss requires your action.

What action will you take?
