Easter is celebrated this long weekend around the world by those practising their Christian faith.

It’s about renewal, new beginnings, hope and growth.

And it’s about connection, gatherings, feasts with family and friends, and of course, chocolate eggs 🐰.

I hope you have time to rekindle relationships and that you take a breath to listen and ask more questions to understand others.

For me, it’s also time to dive into a book and I’ve aptly chosen Your Future Self by Psychologist Hal Hershfield – with an activity suggested to write a letter to your future self.
