🟠That present that you moved mountains to locate isn’t appreciated as you expected.
🟢The person consuming too much alcohol regurgitates that nagging family issue.
🔵The place you booked for lunch (rather than hosting) doesn’t quite live up to the reviews you read.
What you forget are your previous experiences, your feelings, and the results. You continue to do what you’ve always done … achieving the same outcome.
Reacting to flippant comments, avoiding intervening in unhelpful conversations, and continuing to participate in events that you don’t enjoy.
You have a week to practise your responses, your presence, and how you want to feel.
