Most people I work with are smarter than me.
Their technical expertise has elevated their position within their respective organisations.
Yet, their smartness doesn’t help them and they find themselves failing because
1. Their working relationships are broken.
2. Their team demonstrates bad behaviours.
3. They’re working towards burnout.
Whilst their smartness is admired, their organisation has silently had a detrimental effect on their career.
Too often they tell me they’ve been rewarded or acknowledged with a promotion which has quickly resulted in feeling demoralised.
When I work privately with these people, we create structures, build new skills and identify different strengths to become leaders of relationships, teams and their well-being.
