The female factor

Leadership program

Females are an absolute awesome asset in organisations

They observe, tune into and behave differently to Men

they fill the blind spots in male dominated businesses

females have the skills and experience yet lack enough confidence

The Female Factor is a leadership program for those who need to influence, inspire and make an impact in their organisation

What gets in the way of being a leader in your organisation?

What gets in the way of being a leader in your organisation?

five facets of The Female Factor.

Fundamentals & foundations of leadership

The first two facets enable participants to assess and audit what they currently do and determine how effective they are and what opportunities they have to grow as a leader.

Self awareness and an understanding of the critical characteristics and strengths in the practice of leadership are explored and discussed to determine the level of self confidence and self worth which need to be elevated.

Knowledge, skills and techniques are experimented with, discussed, debated and evaluated to enable participants to adapt the learning to their style, strengths and skill-set.

Frameworks & facade of leadership

Structured frameworks and models to apply in the workplace - a necessary fallback for leaders when they are challenged or presented with opportunities.

Whether faced with a challenging situation, an imposed change or a personality clash, being confident to adapt communication styles is compulsory for workplace survival. Conversation frameworks are a key facet of the program.

The Facade of Leadership is the fourth facet of The Female Factor.

Reputation and resilience are the building blocks of your leadership brand. It's important to demonstrate your uniqueness and what you 'stand for' and resilience involves planning how to develop dealing strategies, opposed to coping, to have the energy to inspire, influence and make an impact ... on a daily basis.

What do you admire in leaders? What's important for you to see demonstrated in a leader?
