Yesterday I facilitated a workshop titled, Ethics and Communication. We had a wonderful conversation about ethics, which was led by a veteran CEO. We participated in an exercise to test our ethics, to make a decision regarding a real life dilemma. We had to determine, what is the right thing to do?
Expectations are paramount in the leadership. Setting the expectations for your family, for your team and organisation. Engaging your team in this conversation to build these expectations leads to more accountability.
There is no excuse for someone not knowing or understanding of what is expected of them.
