There are plenty of ‘models’ to explain or extrapolate the process of CHANGE. Just Google and enjoy!
However, only you can be the ‘Model’ of CHANGE. You’ve got to want to CHANGE – that’s the internal desire, dialogue and deep thinking and then you’ve got the outer layer to deal with – the demonstrating.
As a model struts her stuff down the catwalk, you’ve got to strut yourself – show the behaviour that supports the mind CHANGE.
In your quest for leadership, a leader must strut their behaviour in a consistent manner. Especially if there is a CHANGE, their approach to CHANGE must be consistent. It’s a sure fire way to build trust and respect with followers.
So, Day Five is all about connecting the inner and outer self – being a ‘model’ human being!
