Positive Self-talk (Day One) will help you focus on the CHANGE challenge and positive self-writings will reinforce and encourage you. Positive messages, goals and affirmations will help you concentrate and stop the tempting talk!
Positive messages can be placed at your workplace, on sticky notes in your bathroom and in your fridge! Examples - I can do it. It’s one month which will make a great difference for the next three years of my life.
Goals are simple, visual and if you want to get serious, written using the SMART acronym - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timed. Example - Every morning at 6am during the month of November I will write and publish my 300 word Blog.
Affirmations are positive statements in current ‘true’ tense. Examples - I am Blogging every day. My day is filled with positive conversations.
